We, participants of the Baltic Assembly of the Popular Fronts of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania believe in the democratic forces and goodwill of the awakening peoples of the USSR. We are convinced that mass democratic movements are the guarantor of the continuation and irreversibility of the policy of restructuring initiated by Mikhail Gorbachev. We demand the unfaltering continuation of the process of perestroika and decisive resistance to anti-democratic conservative forces.
